The scope, criteria, schedule and fee for the inspection carried out by AC SOURCING are agreed separately.

The partner arranges the sale and shipping
After the order is confirmed, the data needed for invoicing and shipping is shared with the parties concerned.

We follow up on requests
AC SOURCING receives the client’s requests. For a transport or export incident, the relevant information is passed to the partner or the carrier according to the agreed responsibilities.
A clear framework: the goods are invoiced by the Vietnamese partner; the intermediary commission is agreed with the partner in writing. AC SOURCING’s quality inspections are quoted and invoiced separately to the buyer.
